Hazard
SMART has identified that the wheelbase on a limited batch of FSE-400 mobile stands may bend or break when the stand is being moved. This therefore poses a tripping/injuries hazard.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective action
