Hazard
The product presents a serious burns hazard as the mug base may fall away from the cup and cover user in very hot liquid. There has been a report of this happening, where the user was hospitalised and suffered second degree burns. Another 4 similar incidents have been reported to Amazon.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
