Affected vehicles may experience an autonomous telematic box that cannot connect to the remote server making it not possible to make calls or use other connected services.
What to do
Contact a Vauxhall dealer to book the free repair. Disconnect the 12V battery and reconnect it after 15 seconds then check for a trouble code.
