What's wrong
Mercedes-Benz AG has determined that on certain CLA (174 platform) A-Class (177 platform) and GLA (247 platform) vehicles the bowden cable of the release mechanism of one or more doors might not have been properly mounted.
What to do
Contact a Mercedes-Benz dealer to book the free repair. As a precautionary measure Mercedes-Benz AG via its Mercedes-Benz service partners will check the bowden cables of the doors on the affected vehicles and mount them correctly if necessary.
