Hazard

The product presents a risk of choking and asphyxiation as the wooden ring attached to the rainbow toy can break into small parts following impact. During testing, the ring broke into three pieces, the smallest of which fitted wholly within the small parts cylinder. A young child could place the small part in their mouth, where it could obstruct the airway and cause the child to choke.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Corrective action

The import has been rejected at the border.
