Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of injuries as the fork steerer tube on affected electric hybrid bikes may develop a small fatigue crack over time. This could lead to the premature failing of the fork and poses a fall and injuries hazard to the user.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users by Specialized. We recommend that you stop using the product immediately.
