- Multiple models of Glen Dimplex Home Appliance Ltd manufactured gas cookers with gas grill, including brand names Stoves, Belling and New World.
- The problem
- Certain Belling, Stoves and New World gas range cookers with gas grill manufactured by Glen Dimplex Home Appliances used with the grill door closed can cause extremely dangerous levels of carbon monoxide to be produced, which can pose a significant risk to health and death.
- What to do
- Consumers must call 0800 110 5728 or email consumersupport@glendimplex.com to register for the free modification. In the meantime, consumers must only use the gas grill with the grill door open. If you no longer own the product, it is still important that you contact Glen Dimplex to enable them to trace the new owner.

Hazard
It has been identified that certain Belling, Stoves and New World gas range cookers with gas grill manufactured by Glen Dimplex Home Appliances used with the grill door closed can cause extremely dangerous levels of carbon monoxide to be produced, which can pose a significant risk to health and death.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Gas Appliances (Enforcement) and Miscellaneous Amendments Regulations 2018.
Corrective action
GDHA have launched a modification programme for products in scope of the safety issue.
Consumers must call 0800 110 5728 or email consumersupport@glendimplex.com to register for the free modification. In the meantime, consumers must only use the gas grill with the grill door open. If you no longer own the product, it is still important that you contact Glen Dimplex to enable them to trace the new owner.
