What’s wrong
A design error stops the sensing working on the door when it is depowered. If an object/person is in the centre of the door frame at the depowering moment they could be pinched.
The fix
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and fit bridging cables to modify the door valve and enable the sensor to keep detecting obstructions until the door is fully closed.
